Story on innovation tournament with my team

                                           starting point

here's the first time where we did our meeting to firstly get involved in making the video and app.

We, I meant  me Tenzin Lhendup Dorji, Tashi Cheki,Thukten Tashi, Lungten Dema,and, Yetsho Choedhen Lham were just creating a group to enter in the innovation tournament because it  required to have at least 5 members in the group.

Well the first step to was to fill up the proposal form to firstly get involved in creating the app because they will select the best 5 proposal given by each group who participate in  innovation tournament.

 So as a team leader I had to do something. First step I took was that, I created a group in online and invited all the members which were in my group than we were about to conduct a meeting to fill up the form but nothing ever goes planned in this world some members were busy so we couldn't do the meeting. so we decided to do it online.

Honestly speaking some members in my group are worse than I thought they didn't even came online for weeks good thing that I informed them to write a draft for the proposal. Thank god at least Tashi and Lungten were online they both gave me some notes suggestion and answer for the proposal. I was happy that Lungten was in my team she gave me all the answers for the questions which were in the form, where as some answer of other members weren't there.

Since I had the format which was send in my email so I had to copy, write and paste the answers in the format. As I told you Lungten sent me all the answers for the format questions I just copied her text and pasted her answers for each questions but there was a problem sir didn't told us that we had to attached something for work plan, we didn't even discussed in the meeting where all the participants  were there in the Innovation Tournament and plus submission was tomorrow, luckily my sister helped me with it, giving me 8 points, what our team will do day by day as a team to develop our ideas, on waste management, since the competition was on using technology to manage waste than we summited our work.

Results was updating tomorrow, so we wish ourselves best of luck and  goodnight for tomorrow,💤

After all the preparation for school, reaching to school and finally the announcement part we were hesitantly going in the conference hall saying our self that we wouldn't be selected. first announcement was that since 8 teams was equally good so they got  selected 8 best team. on the 7th name our team name finally came the colony of crazy of ideas. yes we whispered slowly we were so happy that I even shouted after the meeting and we also got selected in the innovation tournament group in email.

First message from the group was that we should get ready to make an app saying that they will train us how to make one.

it wasn't that hard as we thought it could be even you can try to make one we just need to design the form and make it  feel comfortable to use as far as possible its like making it simple not complicated because if its hard to understand they would directly try to skip your app.

so we made the form much easier asper we can and after the last finishing touch the next step was to make entries for our app. therefore if you can make entries we would be so grateful of you for making entries on our app. if u could our app name is👉Waste Locaters👈 and thank you.

Criteria on winning the tournament.

To win this tournament there are three criteria's to full fill. the first thing we already told you is to design an app and make entries for it. second we make an video which is related to waste management . of course in video we will have to make creatively interesting and attractive to get attention of audience.

sir did give us tips to make our video so we did  what sir said to make a script of how will  our video will be. good thing sir was going to Maja thang on the garbage dump. 

Cheki ask sir to give us lift there too because that place can be perfect for relating on waste management. there will be so much waste that people could realize how much they are responsible for it and how much it affects the environment, surroundings and animals or species around it. We  also found some animals at that current place like cow and I and Cheki was so emotional about that as the cow was eating some grass with the waste as it was throwed at the place. we recorded all the documentaries and finished making our footage. and the last part its in editing. even our sir was doing documentary.

Documentary video

We decided Cheki and Thukten will do the editing of the video. So we went outside and made video of our school but it wasn't  easy as you think. We had to go every side of our school and record the footages. Cheki fell while making a video and hit her head, and Thukten instead of helping he was laughing😂😭   . And so we finished making the video(but it was not clear)💢😑. after collecting all the documentary we started editing on capcut which we were already aware off.

all of members  know how to use capcut we show all of it what we got.

meeting on the other day

On June 6 it was next meeting about the assistant's who will asset our work which we were preparing for we wouldn't say that our work is that good as a god but we tried our best.

asset on our work was tomorrow so we were not much prepared for that  I meant wee dint had that much entry and plus no team collaboration I was conform sure we would get less marks 

Voice over

The very next day we were doing draft on our video script. well first try wasn't that bad but some words pronunciation were little gone and our script needed to be developed. very thanks to sir he edited the script for us and we paus pond our voice over on date 9 June. i let tashi and thukten let them be voice over .
